Women Leadership Academy

In Kenya’s professional leadership scene, reputable sources such as IBM, Business Daily Africa, and KNBS, indicate that only 11% of women currently hold top-level positions, with a mere 10% serving on boards. The private sector has only 22% of leadership roles occupied by women.

Dale Carnegie Kenya, in collaboration with The Mauritius Institute of Directors and Dale Carnegie Mauritius,  proud to launch the inaugural program of the women leadership academy in Kenya. The aim for WLA is to provide women with the tools and support to excel as leaders and transform the existing statistics.
